About…

Optimum Exterior Cleaning was started in 2017, by Robbie Phillips, of Dyersville, Iowa. Robbie also owns POPS power washing, which focuses on agricultural interior cleaning. He decided to expand his services to exterior cleaning and created Optimum Exterior Cleaning a few years later. He specializes in pressure washing and soft washing for all types of exterior surfaces, such as, concrete, siding, roofs, decks, and patios along with concrete sealing.
